Refunds are not available once the game has been launched or the license has been activated.
⚠️ By launching the game or activating your license, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and waive your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
Therefore, no refunds will be granted after activation, regardless of the time elapsed or the number of purchases.

If you have not launched or activated your game, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
